September Birchbox 2014!

Hey Guys,
I recently decided to purchase birchbox which is a monthly subscription service providing luxury beauty samples. Here is what I got in mine.

The theme of this box is happy days, I love the design of the box from the colour to the cute little pictures on the front of the box.
All of the products come in a little fabric bag which is great as you can store the products in there, or anything for that matter.
The first product I received was a bag of urban fruit which is dried fruit, I received the pineapple one. It is really great for a quick snack and is a good replacement for a bag of crisps if you are wanting to be a bit healthier, it also tastes great too.
Next I received a sample size of the agave hair oil although it was amazing and made my hair really soft I feel they could have given us a larger sample as I only got two uses out of it  but I do have very thick hair so I do have to use more than most people.
Next I got a lip gloss from model co in the shade Morocco this lip gloss is very pigmented and very long-lasting and has an amazing moisturising formula and I would highly recommend this product and I would probably purchase the full size if I didn't have a trillion lip products already!
This is amazing, the egg shaped sponge ensures a smooth finish to your foundation and looks very natural. Along with the sponge you also receive a bar of soap specially for cleaning the beauty blender. At a retail price of £26 you can't really go wrong.
When I saw that birchbox had included a product from benefit I was extremely surprised because of the cost of their products, this is a really refreshing eye cream and it did manage to fade the dark circles under my eyes from late night you-tubing!
The final product was a face and body scrub. I have only used it on my face so far but I was a bit reluctant to use this because I have sensitive skin and face scrubs tend to make my skin really dry but this scrub was amazing, it didn't aggravate my skin at all in fact my skin was really soft after using it.

At only £10 a month birchbox is a perfect little treat if you like trying new high end products and you easily get your moneys worth.

I hope you enjoyed reading and I can't wait to see what I get next Month!

Autumn fashion

Hey Guys,
This is going to be my personal favourites for autumn/fall, hope you enjoy!

My favourite type of shoes for autumn are combat boots, to be honest I even wear these in summer sometimes because I love them that much!
My all time favourite are Steve madden boots but for £100 they are a bit of an investment, however you can get ones that look exactly the same from forever21 for around £25 which is a bargain if you ask me!

This is a great piece if you live in a colder country but still want to look stylish, this looks perfect with some gold accessories and a pair of leggings.

I love these black ripped jeans because they are so versatile and go with anything you want, if you live in a hot country then you can wear shorts of the same style.

Although this is a summery outfit if you live in a hot country you may still be able to wear this but if not you could wear jeans with this. My favourite part of this outfit is the slouchy cardigan as it pulls the outfit together and makes it more autumn appropriate.
I love this outfit as a whole from the hat to the dress to the socks. I thing the dress is perfect for this look and the the knee high socks are great for those chilly autumn days, I think the hat adds more of a formal twist to the look and is perfect for covering up any bad hair days!

Thanks so much for reading and I hope you enjoyed feel free to comment your opinions and any suggestions as they are all really appreciated,

Hey guys this is a quick tutorial for 3 simple back to school hairstyles if you are running late one morning.

The first one is the soft waves look.
You can achieve this look two ways. The first way is to dampen your hair the night before and then put in braids (the more braids the wavier your hair  will be) the next morning take out the braids and you will have nice soft waves.
The other way to achieve this look is by braiding your hair once again and running your straighteners over the braids then you take out the braids and you will have the soft waves you wanted.

The next look is the french braid ponytail.

This cute twist on the classic ponytail is very simple yet looks really nice. All you have to do is do a french braid (For all of you who don't know how to achieve a french braid, you have to to do a normal braid but picking up bits of hair from each side creating a weaving effect.) Once you get to the bottom of your head tie into a ponytail with a clear elastic, you can then loosen the braid if you want which personally I think looks better. This is a very casual yet stylish look perfect for school.

The last look is half up half down.

This hairstyle is great for the day after you have washed your hair. To achieve this look all you have to do is section of the top part of your hair and secure with a clear elastic. If you want it to look messy then you can backcomb the top section of your hair and pull out a few strands at the front.
